Kate is a lover of language, a creator of narratives, and a weaver of words, who likes wearing many hats. She grew up believing that anything is possible and that you can go anywhere in the world or your imagination through a book. Which is why in 2006 she founded KEMPS Consulting, a boutique publishing service firm. In 2023, she reorganized KEMPS Consulting as Ladybug Brands LLC to continue to grow the business in service to her clients, supporting them in leaning into their dreams and discovering their unique voices.

DeVoray is an ambitious and enthusiastic Zoomer, born and raised in the beautiful state of New York. She lives by the philosophy "don't just learn, experience." A rising sophomore at Purchase College, she chose to major in political science and history, because she is passionate about transitioning into a lifetime of providing a voice to those who have been historically unheard and creating policies that bring lasting change.
