• Earned International Coach Federation (ICF) PCC certification in less than 3 years, supporting 100+ Individual Clients and 700+ Group Coaching Clients within that time frame
• Co-created several successful Coaching Workshops to support confidence and personal empowerment
• Co-authored, ghost written, and edited dozens of books and hundreds of articles, working with a diverse clientele to support clear, captivating communications
• Supported hundreds of professional clients with resumes, cover letters, professional bios, LinkedIn profiles and other materials that reflect who they truly are and bring visibility to their professional value

Professional Beliefs

As a holistic life and leadership coach:

• Kate believes that you are a whole, resourceful and creative person in and of yourself. You are able to know and speak your own dreams and goals. Given space and time, you have all that you need to be exactly who you are at your core.
• Coaching is a sacred space held by the coach to allow people to listen to themselves, hear and know their own thoughts, removed from judgment to make the decisions that are best for them.

As a career consultant:

• Most of us know what we want, we just don’t always know how to get it. Kate believes that through access to information and some common sense reality checks, you can have whatever you want.
• Resumes and cover letters are tools to get you through the door, who you are when you walk through it will define your career path. Kate is here to help you open to door and walk the path.

As a publishing professional:

• Kate seeks out projects that are a little left of center, quirky and courageous writers who speak their souls in unexpected and indelible ways that leave people changed by their writing.
