What separates you from the rest of the herd? What skill or performance would make a hiring manager or recruiter go “Wow”? There must be something that singles you out from the crowd. Find it. Don’t have any? Develop some skills for yourself. Work hard on what can make you a shining example of an employee. Take computer and web design classes and earn a certificate. Take workshops on technical or grant writing. There has to be at least one class that will make you a stand out in your field. Discover your talents and make yourself the only person for the job!
