The world can be such a stressful, mind splitting place but your head doesn’t have to be. We get so overwhelmed by the looming deadlines, high expectations, and societal pressures to be perfect that we let the harmful stress affect us in the worst way. Remember, no project is worth your mental health. Take time to relax.
Get up from your computer desk and stretch your body out before your feet fall asleep.
Put yourself in meditation mode and let the silence calm you.
So breathe in deep, let the stress out, find your ataraxia, and carry on.
